Annual Party or Outing

Once a year, Albright Ideas throws a party to which you and your significant other are invited at Albright Ideas' expense! Past parties have included a dinner and a limo ride to see the Christmas Lights and A Minnesota Vikings football game. Who knows what we'll do next year!

Paid Time Off

Albright Ideas provides 15 days worth of paid time off per year for its employees. The time is accrued on a monthly basis after a 30 day grace period. You may use this time as you see fit. If you have a car problem, vacation, or don't feel well, Albright Ideas will pay you for it. You are the boss over your time!

Personal Leaves

Albright Ideas understands that not everyone can work all the time. There are times in your life when you need some time away. Albright Ideas allows for personal time off during crisis situations.

Social Security, Worker Compensation Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance

Albright Ideas pays for all state and national mandated insurances and taxes, and complies with all employment laws.

Funeral Leave

Albright Ideas will pay for your time off if a member of your immediate family dies. In a time of crisis, you have enough things to worry about without having to worry about getting back to work.

Term Life

Albright Ideas provides a Term Life policy to all of its employees based on your salary. This policy pays beneficiaries you name should you die.

Health Care

Albright Ideas has a health care plan that is HMO based. All you pay is a co-pay for general office visits and prescriptions. For major medical problems, the plan covers 90% of the costs.

Relocation

We attempt to place all people with a telecommunting contract to reduce travel time away from your home, but sometimes that is not possible. Albright Ideas pays for relocation expenses should your job placement require your move to a new job site. This includes professional moving services in most cases.

Retirement Plan

Albright Ideas has a self directed retirement plan for all its full time employees after a 30 day grace period. Albright Ideas will match up to 3% of your salary with a 2 year vesting requirement, paid on a monthly basis to an account you specify! You may put away up to the maximum amount allowed by law, and Albright Ideas adds on top of it! There is no easier way to work toward retirement!

Tuition Reimbursement

Albright Ideas recognizes that there can be no career growth without learning. Albright Ideas will pay for your schooling up to a preset maximum per year, should you wish to take computer related courses that apply to your assignment and provide a marketable skill.

Our current in house training includes Microsoft Administrator Training, Microsoft Technical Support Training and Oracle Database training, Microsoft .NET, SQL, HTML, JavaScripting, and Unisys MAPPER.

Direct Deposit Paycheck

Using the PAYCHEX payroll system, we provide Direct Deposit into your specificed bank account(s). You don't have to go to the bank to deposit your pay. You know that it will be there on time with all the correct tax deposits done for you! It even tracks your expense reimbursements and paid time off!
